Crew Members must have a minimum of 1-years experience in the food service industry.

1. ★ Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts
   

2. ★ Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
   

3. ★ Ability to be mobile in walk-in freezer with temperatures of -10° F
